There's no 1st Amendment in a private business. The 1st Amendment protects us from government infringement of free speech...nothing else. And it's an "at will" country. You work at the will of the boss...and if the boss doesn’t want you there anymore the boss can **** can you for any reason or for no reason at all.

PS - if your boss orders all employees to mask up, and you refuse, he can fire your *** for that as well. And there ain't a **** thing you can do about that either.
