There is nothing in the languange of the Second Amendment that limits the legislative or judicial branches from denying public access to specific weapons or accessories to specific weapons. You said it yourself. It is effectively impossible for the public to get their hands on a rifle that will fire on full automatic. It is, for the moment, still illegal to be in possession of a bump stock. The Las Vegas music festival shooting was commited with a fully automatic weapon. And we still have a Second Amendment.
