Gas Stations do not buy oil they buy refined Gas from Gas producers, and the Gas Producers are still charging through the nose for gas.
CRUDE OIL IS DOWN 20% SINCE MID JUNE AND THE AVERAGE PRICE OF A GALLON OF GAS IN THIS COUNTRY HAS GONE DOWN 8% DURING THE SAME TIME PERIOD.
Now, if gas retailers know that they're going to be paying less in two months than they paid for what they're selling today you can bet your *** the selling price in two months won't represent what they paid for what's in their storage tanks.
