If Garland subpoenas Trump to bring over all the stuff of ours that he stole on his way out of the Oval Office on 1/20/21, he flushes it all down a Mar-A-Lago toilet and his answer to Garland is..."what stuff?"
So it's raid. That is the answer. You don't give the head of a criminal enterprise the opportunity to destroy evidence.
