Every kid from every locale should get an identical curriculum - notwithstanding kids in Los Angeles and New York are growing up to face a very different world than kids from Texarkana and Des Moines. You would chet those big city kids by preparing them for life in a rural area, Skeet.

like everything else with you sovereign citizen assholes, this has nothing to do with rights and freedoms. You imbeciles don't have the first clue about freedom, and how freedom works in a civilized society. Our rights and freedoms are granted by the majority, not by some god delusion you have.
But getting back to education...what you want from education is for it to teach city kids how much more American rural life is...**** idiotic. So we're back to the poor rural folks who just don't have enough to say regarding the nature of this country. Rural America is already monstrously over represented in the governance of this country. Just another bad **** deal from the founders and their **** up Constitution that should have been scrapped a century ago, if not earlier.
The Constitution is not about democracy, never has been. Its about the elitist founders belief that the common folks are a **** mob who are too ignorant to have the final say about who will become the nation's chief executive officer.
Then again, as I'm typing this, I'm thing...as the past few years have taught us, they were probably right.
