Correct. He didn't even have to do that, but if you don't you're just asking to be arrested. Even the ACLU advises everybody to provide a name an address when asked by the cops, but that's it. You don't have to answer any other questions. They make take you in, but if no law has been broken they better have a good **** reason, suspicious activity is the reason typically copped by the cops. The preacher? He said who he was and where he lives and that he was asked by his neighbor to water the garden, so there's no suspicious activity...and now he's got a civil case against the police because there's no probable cause for an arrest because he's mouthy.
