Both want to give them recovery funds amidst all the current fraud BS…like that’s not a red flag…
Minneapolis after already setting rent ceilings last year, now want to extend eviction notification / removal from the current 30 days (which they changed from MN state law of 14 days in 03.25) to 60 due to people too afraid to leave their rentals to go to work…
**** central…I can only imagine the loss of available rental properties in the future as slumlords dump them…
