We can get to 70% efficency if we use the heat. Max with Photovolataic is 33% with very expensive cells. Typical is 27%..
There are solutions to many problems. They would rather bankrupt us with the expensive ones. Captialism works, as long as there aren't monopolies to jack us up with coroporate ripoffs.
