I would say fascism IS socialist. But you seem obsessed with wealth redistribution and that is not fascist policy. So you need to decide how you define words.
The nazi economic model was basically to abolish all unearned income.. that means thinks like interest on loans and land speculation and the stock market.. they wanted all income to be a product of labor..
