the problem with Germany is geopolitical. The problem with Haiti is not. They are just different circumstsnces.
there is no geopolitics with haiti. Whatever you hear about it is just performance and theater for people who want Haiti to matter when actually it doesn't.
no real country is ever going to give a crap about Haiti because they know the country will never amount to anything. It will never build wealth or power so nobody needs to either oppress or save Haiti.
same thing cannot be said for germany
