that isnt 'cronyism'...that is just the default for nations.
nobody would complain about how politicians in china are chinese, or in israel jewish, or in uganda black, or idnian pajeet, etc. that is just expected.
it is only looked down upon now in historically white countries, because whites arent allowed to have a country.
