The old world only has more reasons to be chucking your microwave cell phone in the trash and moving into a well stocked fall out shelter. What locations qualify? Anywhere in Scandinavia, The Netherlands, Belgium and the northern half of France. Even Iceland which isn't an EU country, but where the residents may be the most content on the face of the earth. And if you don't mind perpetual winter, it's beautiful.
