USA constitution and legal system only deals with people on an individual basis or a conspiratorial group of organized criminals. USA is not supposed to be ignoring the actual criminal activity of the individual or organized crime group and then placing all the blame on people who had no involvement such as their family or entire church group. In socialist nazi or commie monarchy situations people are categorized into groups and dealt with as a group that will not enjoy any protection from the creator because the anti all creation corporation commune group leader has somehow stepped in and become your creator and now owns your individual person/persons like a crop of genetic modified soy beans.
