How is water going to obey said physics laws without any kind of a memory,? Stuff happens? Evolutionist always have simple explanations for stuff they do not understand. Socialist can change rules everyday however the water better be remembering to become a liquid, a sold or a gas at the same exact time as always or there is going to be serious problems with human, animal and plant survival.
