Part 3 FAQ
1. Can I do this with any startup idea?
Yes, but make sure you hop on the artificial intelligence (AI) / environmentally friendly bandwagon. That way you stand out to investors.
I highly recommend against software startups as those are EXTREMELY saturated. Instead, focus on auxiliary fields where AI can be used to augment customer service/experience (like, for instance, a private school that tailors students' learning experiences using AI as some students are more retarded than others).
AI is a buzzword but you don't give a **** about that. Just use it to your adv.
2. According to "investment gurus," Boomers, and other "wise people," I should buy a house. A house is a great investment, or they say.
lol
3. But seriously!
If you want to retire at 65 or 70 (or never...) instead of 40, go ahead and buy a house.
A house is a **** liability, not an asset. Your house could go down in "value" by 50% when the next Depression (2030s) hits. Meanwhile you spend thousands every year on property taxes, maintenance, HOA fees, and more.
It's a shame a picture of a house isn't plastered all over the page in Merriam-Webster when you look up the word "liability."
4. So I shouldn't buy a house?
You should not live in a ****, crime-ridden, environmentally polluted area.
That is the only prerequisite.
I am personally in favor of buying a VERY modest house while you build up your NW...because once again, your goal is to RETIRE. Not to do this mundane/stupid **** until you get diabetes/strokes/heart attacks or develop debilitating chronic conditions in your 50s and 60s.
5. How come I can't read about this level/style of advice elsewhere?
Because your parents are NPCs/retarded, your teachers are NPCs/retarded, and the corporate oligarchs want nice little slaves to do the work for them, preferably at cheap rates. (That's why the UniParty loves neoliberalism/free trade and open borders)
The US gubmint wants taxable slaves to fund the Lockheed Martins/Raytheons/Pfizers and programs like Social Security/Medicare.
So yes, the deck is stacked against you. But only if you don't know the rules of the game. Once you know, you need a game plan. This is just one of many but it is perfectly feasible.
6. I heard people die slowly after they retire. Is retiring truly a noble goal?
If your life choices are "work for da man" till you die vs retire and die, you must be a very unimaginative person (like most Boomers).
Can't you work on some personal construction project like building a greenhouse + hydroponics system in your garden?
Can't you go watch some local plays/dramas?
Can't you visit the wonderful museums of America?
Can't you write a sci-fi/historical fiction book?
Can't you learn some new recipes?
Can't you learn how to fly an aircraft?
Can't you go sailing on the clear ocean waters under sunny skies?
There are LITERALLY THOUSANDS of options that open up after "wagie slavey" is NO LONGER A BURDEN for you. I can't even believe I have to answer this Q.
