Most auto accidents are (were) fender benders but negotiation of your own individual insurance contract that covers uninsured motorist was not good enough. You needed everyone else to buy insurance on all their cars including cars that are not being used or they will get towed off your own private property. Ya get caught without auto insurance contract? You pay high inflation insurance rates after suffering excessive, fees, fines, and debtor prison jail time, etc.
