This is what they were calling a service economy with people out driving around working for other people, an experimental planed economy for peonage, not USA free enterprise for a self government. Biden was on the job during the implementation of these plans. A corporation group puts these plans in front of the politician who signs the plans into law without checking to see if the plans are constitutionally legal.
