I have been in the same home for 44 years, the home insurance bill is now more than what the original mortgage payment that included tax and insurance used to be, the phone bill was five dollars or you could use a pay phone for a dime. We have a non legal rooster in the neighborhood however no one is apparently getting tickets for the jungle jump car noise that vibrates your home and would keep your children up all night if you were a male-female family.
Then if you had children who are attending one of the public hospital-schools they could be having some attention deficit problems from sleep deprivation and end up on some behavior modification drugs. The rooster is not going to be up making noise all freaking night.
The car noise vibrations would probably not be noticed down in an underground fall out shelter and there would be a lot less out door maintenance expenses.
