Forever chemicals, biological, nano bots and nuclear contamination seems to accumulate and possibly shorten your life span. I am over 65 and it seemed like a bout with new virus raised my blood pressure. I responded with quitting my last bad habit of using table sugar and losing 35 pounds. The problem is that I am all out of bad habits to quit and it is becoming more difficult to sort out the less toxic food from the toxic food. You had no idea what was in the covid-19 injections that are now reported to have been 13 different kinds of chemical-biological brews and so it is similar to the food situation.
