All groups seem to be increasing the random attacks of civilians-children, USA began a child drugging public school programs in 2000 where the public school become a hospital. Child drugging manipulation somehow progressed into surgeries cutting the children to pieces. Attacking civilians increases a populations willingness to become feudal group activated into war. You were busy minding your own affairs but the war comes to your area. Who was actually responsible?
