It's been overrun so often that calling that land mass a country is like referring the Iberian Peninsula as a country.
I have never seen an "ethnic Iberian"...

I'll tell you what... The following is MY prediction of what will happen between now and the end of 2023... SO, LET'S take a look back at this in December 2023, and SEE WHO was RIGHT, and WHO was not:
I believe the Russians are an empty shell, and are ready to collapse... the population doesn't want to fight, MILLIONS left Russia when Putin imposed conscription just to avoid fighting, the people HATE the war, and MANY of the current Russian soldiers are NOT Russians at all... they are from parts of Russia that themselves WANT to be FREE of Russia, and have NO STOMACH for fighting !! SO, within the next couple weeks, Ukraine will counter attack Russia in the Bakhmut area ! When Ukraine attacks, they will do so FAST and HARD... with their new Armor and Air power, and the Russian forces will completely collapse ! When the Ukrainians break thru, they will quickly drive thru to the Sea of Azov, and will CUT the Russian supply lines to Crimea off... and Crimea will FALL within weeks ! The Ukraine forces will spend most of the Summer mopping up Crimea... However Servaterpol might hold out longer. By Fall, MOST of Ukraine will have been liberated... Putin will probably be DEAD, and whoever takes over will want to be DONE with the "Ukrainian War", and will sue for peace... As a result, MOST, if not all, of Ukraine will be liberated... and Ukraine will soon after apply to become part of NATO, and that will be granted... probably in 2024!
After that... I see the Russian confederation COMPLETELY falling apart over the next few years! Belarus, Georgia, Chechia, and MANY other regions of what had been Russia will demand to be free...AND the Russian Confederation WILL BE DEAD !! Vladimir Putin will go down in history, as "Vladimir the Terrible" !!
AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!
