Doubt it... Trump will NEVER build anything there while the terrorist threat remains... and a s long as million of Palestinians are there, the THREAT will remain.
Sorry to say, what I see happening is the Palestinians REFUSING to leave, and THINKING someone will come in to rebuild... but that will never happen... So, thousands of Palestinians will die... of whatever happens to a people living in rubble... Israel will not rebuild them, America will not rebuild them, the Muslims may make some half hearted attempts... until the Palestinians, SLOWLY, decide they have had enough, and slowly leave. It could take decades!
AND... I don't think much USAid is going to be making it there !!
