Trump is trying to re-position the U.S.A. ahead of the negotiations to end the war... because Trump does NOT want the U.S.A. to be thought of as part of Europe... he wants EUROPE to protect THEMSELVES from the likes of Russia... and judging from what we saw in their fight against Ukraine... they CAN... PROBABLY, because the U.S.A. these days is considering China as it's worst enemy, and knows IF the U.S.A. is mired down in Ukraine, it will be hindered if China invades Taiwan... SO, Trump wants to make a deal with Ukraine for developing their resources, without its forces being STUCK there, while being able to STILL confront China if they get sparky... GET the Resources that China wants to cut them off from... be able to CONFRONT China if necessary, and STILL be able to deal with a Russian threat, if they STILL think they haven't had enough... Zelenski should have just TAKEN the deal last week, because it's STILL his best option ! In addition, it's ALSO the best option for the U.S.A., Russia, EUROPE, the Asian NATO countries... AND, the ABSOLUTE WORST option for China !!!
