So, The war in Iran is winding down... the Islamic State's Technology, Weapons, Infrastructure, IRGC, Military, and Leadership is DISINTEGRATING ! ALL that remains are isolated IRGC elements that are trying to maintain control, BUT, THEY are being destroyed by DRONES... It's only a matter of time before the Iranians themselves rise up, and fight back in the cities... and for all we know, the Kurds and Azerbaijanis are moving thru and clearing OUT remote pockets... with American and Israeli Air Force support !
The Straight of Hormuz will eventually be CLEARED, and deemed safe... BUT, If ALL the countries who are AFFECTED by the shipment of oil WANT to HELP with the Clearing OUT... THEY CAN !! BUT, if countries like China don't WANT to? SO BE IT !!
It might take longer... BUT, It will be done... it's THE AFFECTED COUNTRIES CHOICE !
