The problem for YOU is... NY, CA, IL and other "BLUE" locations are DESTROYING themselves... WE KNOW about NYC... Zohran Mamdani has created a NIGHTMARE...HE has chased MOST of the multi billion $$$ industries OUT on NYC... they are now in places like Texas, Florida, and other locations.. NOW, NYC doesn't have enough money to RUN their BLOATED & CORRUPT bureaucracy... with all the HUGE Brokerages and Banks getting OUT, and the run of the mill Democrat Homeless, Drug addicts, Street Vendors, and Blue Collar workers... JUST aren't enough to fill in the GAPS! SO, NOW Mamdani is going to STEAL real estate from property owners, and RAISE taxes for everybody else to EXTREME levels... HA!
