MY THINKING? A GREAT opportunity to transition from the air war, to taking control of the "Straight of Hormouz", while TRYING to pursue PEACE without more WAR... BUT, at the same time, KICK STARTING the "WAR of REBELLION" of the Iranian people, against the Islamic State KABAL !!
