OH... maybe NATO is OBLIGED because MOST of NATO have stopped spending money to protect themselves, and are NOW relying and EXPECTING America to do it... THEN, when Trump takes action to FIX a PROBLEM that has been a thorn in the side for America AND NATO... Well, NOW they got Trump a little ticked off, and he has TOLD THEM, that America is NOT OBLIGED to PROTECT THEM EITHER... AND SO, $1+ Trillion MORE in America's pocket every year...
