EVERY STATE has their OWN Gerrymandering laws, and some go back to 1812 ! It's up to EACH state to implement their Gerrymandering in accordance with the laws of the state where it's being done... From what I've seen, that's EXACTLY what's been happening...
It's JUST that Democrats have already gerrymandered MULTIPLE states to maximize their power... CA, IL, NJ, & others... and republicans are only NOW fighting back... SO, it was NEVER a problem BEFORE, BUT, it IS NOW?

AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!
