I read an article a while back, that there are still laws on the books that still protect people from "HORSE" and "HORSE RELATED" restrictions...
THIS law (i.e. racial mandated congressional districts) was an offshoot of the REAL RACE related abuses of 70 years ago.. THEY have NOW seen their day!! TODAY, "Race" is more a FABRICATED and IMAGINED transgression that SPRINGS from the minds of Liberal Democrats, but in REALITY is a NOTHING BURGER... today they a JUST ways for minority communities to CONTINUE to get satisfaction & benefits from past issues... BUT, ALL it does is to provide excuses for minorities to BLAME their own mistakes on...
Bottom line... WE ALL make mistakes, but WE need to address and get past them... BLAMING EVERYTHING of "Race"...achieves NOTHING Positive !!
