Democrats have been DOING THAT for 50 YEARS (since they got approval to gerrymander for RACIAL purposes in the '60's)... not to mention recently JUST Gerrymandering because they COULD, and without ANY CONSTRAINTS ! THAT SAID... Democrats are STILL OUT of Control... in SOME states, they have gerrymandered Congressional districts to be 90% Democrat... when 45% of the voters are Conservative and Republican !
