If asked by republicans...I think she would tell them to pound sand.  She would have to be asked by the cabinet because a demonrat controlled Congress isn't going to move against Biden, and after 1/6/23 the republicans will likely control Congress. Even then, unless Biden were to resign when he sees his cabinet and VP move against him, he would stay in office.  All he has to do is send a letter to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker saying he can fulfill the duties and responsibilities.  Then it takes 2/3 of both the House and Senate to remove him.

Said differently, I don't see any President ever being removed via the 25th.
