They’re not here to hurt me. Take the **** mags away. Let my people in. They can march to the Capitol from here, let the people in and take the mags away.”

We shall see what a grand jury has to say.  We shall see if a grand jury thinks Trump advocated lawbreaking.  From the Republicans who testified before the 1/6 committee it's pretty clear he was advocating killing somebody.  When told that the rioters were chanting " Hang Mike Pence" Trump's reaction was " He deserves it."  Sounds like advocating to me.
Keep in mind...most of the testimony given to the committee (at least during these entertainment productions) will be inadmissible in court because it is hearsay and doesn't meet one of the exceptions. Also, you are only seeing the testimony they want you to see and hearing answer to selected questions.  Does than mean everyone would cave under a strong cross-examination?  Of course not...but a defense attorney doesn't need them to cave.  They only need reasonable doubt in one juror.

I'm not convinced Trump will ever be indicted.  There's a reason US Attorney's and DAs have such a high winning percentage...they don't indict anyone unless they are confident they have a high probability of winning in court.  Any prosecutor that has a winning percentage less than 90% is an idiot.
