The State shouldn't be enforcing religious doctrine.
And it shouldn't oblige anyone to undergo a procedure where the risk of death is material.
People do not have complete control of their body. That is the ONLY issue I was addressing. If you dispute my assertion, you need to prove prostitution is legal everywhere in the US AND you can legally sell vital organs to the highest bidder.
