Besides...his filing was not a ruling on the accusations made in the case. The jury had already done that. His filing was a ruling on the Trump appeal of the size of the judgement. Thus, the entire filing is not relevant to the assertion that no JURY, anywhere on earth, has ever found Trump committed rape.
