The simple fact is, the Constitution is NOT as immutable as you want to claim it is. And the fact is, the pardon powers have NEVER been tested and are likley to be this time. Seeing how there are NUMBEROUS people who have ALREADY said that your boy Biden has been MENTALLY INCOMPETENT for the entire 4 years he's been President. Do you think something changed when he signed, IF HE INDEED DID THE SIGNING, or those pardons/commutations??
