Now, YOU never answered one either- is the CONSTITUTION TOTALLY IMMUTABLE and ABSOLUTE?? Because I gave you a GREAT example of where it's NOT and the SCOTUS has upheld multiple laws that RESTRICT the Constitution's "shall not be infringed" language.
OBVIOUSLY you didn't like that part since it destroys YOUR argument that the Pardon power is untouchable to challenge. So which is it?? Is the Constitution immutable and ABSOLUTE and untouchable or has it been PROVEN that it isn't totally "gospel law" that can never be touched??
