There are felony charges that can be filed for some of what this asshole has done. So prosecutors can give him a choice of quitting or facing a felony charge in court. This **** will not stand.

FYI...a member of Congress cannot, according to the US Constitution, be arrested while attending a session or traveling to and from a session. There is also nothing in the Constitution that disqualifies someone with a felony conviction on their record. Hell, for that matter a felon serving time could technically run for office.
