Probably an opinion trying to be passed off as fact.
Now, I think I am going to enjoy watching Socialist Bernie made a fool when he starts trying to question CEOs of major companies about their practices. If the CEO is smart, the answer to every question would be similar to "Senator, I refer you to the SEC filings of our company, the audit report found on our web site and any press releases. I am not at liberty, nor do I wish, to discuss proprietary information and practices."
