Actually, every cruise we have taken there have been either Customs or state law enforcement with dogs working the luggage areas. I really doubt she will have any issues with that and she won't have to worry about sneaking to smoke or any off putting odors.
Being from Colorado, I doubt she would have any problems finding some THC gummies that mimic the look of any other ordinary legal candy... like these
I highly doubt that the cruise line is going to break out a test kit to see if her candy is legit, if they even question it at all.
