I understand liberals cling to the CNNLOL and MSNBS banners about an "espionage trial" as meaning he will soon be ineligible. However, the charges he currently faces are much more lesser charges that happen to be included in the legislation that wrote that section of the US Code (commonly referred to as The Espionage Act).
