Yes...I know that. And my point is not "null and void". An intelligent person, who is familiar with the US Constitution and the US criminal justice system, would understand the comments I quoted should either include the word "allegedly" or a disclosure of "in my opinion". That is assuming you subscribe to innocent till proven guilty for everyone...not just demonrats.
