Whenever Mirabeau is confronted by anyone who states that the "problems" of the negro community are due to (1) slavery, and (2) discrimination, Mirabeau always asks the person to name ONE nation ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD that is, at once, predominately populated by and governed by ****** that has transformed itself into a modern, First World INDUSTRIALIZED nation. The only answer Mirabeau has EVER received is a bunch of stammering.
