Mirabeau recalls being on vacation in Maine several years ago when he read a local news story about the arrest of a man for something I can't recall, but who had - in the words of the local police - an "arsenal" of guns in his house. The guy had SIX guns in his house.
In Mirabeau's corner of the world anyone who only owns SIX guns is considered unarmed.
