In a statement released today, the Reverend Dr. Chralosius Q'Varias Washington, HNIC of The National Association for the Advancement of ******, has stated the following will be the "order of the month" for all ****** during Black History Month, which commences in three days.
During Black History Month, in order to dispel rampant myths concerning their race, no ****** in the USA will . . .
01. Commit a carjacking
02. Commit welfare fraud
03. Impregnate any baby-mamas
04. Commit a murder
05. Engage in gang warfare
06. Engage in shoplifting
07. Fail to pay child support
08. Seek benefits from the WIC and SNAP programs
09. Move into government-subsidized apartments
10. Name any child Shenequia, TraQavian, Hakeem, DeVonte, or Taleshika.
The Rev. Dr. Washington announced that the above is not a complete list, and will be amended and updated as events dictate.
