Sure. 17th Amendment restricts states from electing more than two Senators.
The 14th Amendment prevents states from declaring Citizenship for any given person.
The 24th Amendment prevents states from claiming poll taxes for elections.
The 1st Amendment prevents States from restricting free speech.
The 13th Amendment, (The one you hate), outlaws slavery in all states.

So, if the Constitution EXPLICITLY prevents states from doing certain things, then WHERE, SPECIFICALLY, and EXPLICITLY, does it prevent a state from seceding from the union?
Provide us with that language.
