There has NEVER, in the history of mankind, been any nation, province or other political subdivision called "Palestine." Such has NEVER existed. It is time for the USA to partner with Israel to punish ANYONE who claims ownership of "Palestine" for any Arabs or Mohammedan Cultists. It is time for Israel to remove all Arabs from Gaza and the West Bank, and formally annex both to Israel!
