Maybe in the public sector. However, in other sectors it is going to continue in pockets. Especially in industries where style means more than substance. The younger generation cares about this. I think DEI is done though. What screwed Biden, and Harris, is when he said he was looking at females, black females, for VP. He should have kept his mouth shut and said he was looking for the most qualified.
