I'm saying that given the circumstances I've already described, that have since been revealed, and that are quite apparent in VIDEO EVIDENCE, the officer's actions were warranted. In fact I'd go so far as to say they showed great restraint. More than I believe they WOULD have had that been BLM (for example) breaching the Capitol and storming the halls looking to fkng HANG THE VICE PRESIDENT.

The thing about "intent" is you have to be in someone's head to actually know. Should you put the accused on the stand and ask them "Did you intend to hang someone?" If they say "no, we were just fooling around" .. you just lost. You can not prove "intent"
