Biden open the border with Executive Action.
Biden can close the border today with Executive Action, but is won't.
Trump has bought and paid for the materials for the wall, Biden will not build it.
If Biden will not fix the border now, what makes you think he will fix it after some Senate Bill is passed .... he will not ...
Biden is just after the Ukraine and Israel funding and is using the border as the "bait and switch" ...
