Let's get back to the real world ... In reality Biden unfairly and selectively went after his son --- solely to pardon him ...
I'm using Dem Logic again. Biden pardon his son because Hunter was "selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted" by the US Department of Justice. The Justice Department is Cabinet organization under the President of the US and is completely controlled by Biden. (dem logic is fun to use LOL)
Other than the Supreme Court ... no Biden Official has mentioned that perhaps Trump might have been "selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted" by the US Justice Department.
